Customer Service Specialist

The purpose of the role is to make sure the correct requirements and objectives are defined, as a base for valid analysis and proper advice - as well as qualify customer success by detailing implementation based on true requirements fulfilling the objectives. Provides excellent customer satisfaction, customer service and solid knowledge of the projects/accounts handled.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s /Associate degree in computer science or any related technology field
· Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required
·Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
· Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software and other remote access desktop programs
· Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback
· Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
· Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
· Strong communication (verbal /written) and listening skills
· Willing to communicate with client online or onsite
· Customer Service Oriented
· Strong problem solving and organizational skills
· Intellectual curiosity with willingness and desire to learn
· Can work with a team and confident to work independently with minimum supervision
· Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
.Can work any shift and no fixed rest day
