- Bachelor's degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management or any related field
- Must have real estate experience
- Must have pleasing personality
- With sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Familiar on digital marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.
- Reach monthly sales targets
- Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
