Job Description
Ensure that all payables or request for payments are processed on time within established turnaround time (TAT)

Works involve receiving, checking, verifying and recording to SAP System, which is the company’s current accounting software.

Preparation of Payment Disbursement Vouchers (PDV’s) and for submission to Treasury for check preparation or on-line payments

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Working Experience: At-least 1 year of working experience (Non Nego)
Skills/Competencies: Knowledgeable in Accounting Software's (Non Nego)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with vendors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Analytical skills for reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with SAP not required but an advantage.
