Your Role As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will: Acquire, review, and process supplier invoices for payment Perform data entry of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records Research discrepancies, unapproved, and aged invoices to ensure proper resolution Assist with vendor inquiries and provide analysis and research support Conduct periodic vendor statement reconciliations to confirm all invoices are processed Support preparation and distribution of weekly Accounts Payable reporting Promote and demonstrate the client’s culture in daily operations What You Need Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) with a minimum of 5+ years in general accounting Strong customer service responsiveness with the ability to resolve issues while maintaining positive relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of a large organization Deadline-oriented, capable of handling multiple and competing priorities in both individual and team settings About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
