HR Assistant

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
-Experience in payroll or HR generalist role
-Familiar with PH labor laws and government requirements
-Strong coordination and communication skills
-Proficient in MS Excel
- With at least 1-2 years of HR experience
Responsibilities:
-Assist with HR activities and employee engagement and collect pre-employment requirements
-Maintain 201 files (physical and digital) and handle employee queries and requests (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, loans)
-Prepare reports (attendance, headcount, payroll)
-Monitor staff attendance and billing and process SSS claims and reimbursements and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
