Admin/HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
* Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as absences, leaves, and resignations.
* Assist in organizing training sessions, employee activities, and orientation programs.
* Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
* Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* With at least 2 years of experience in the same role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
* Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
