Job Offer & Pre-Onboarding Support:
Assist in presenting job offers, discussing terms and conditions, and preparing candidates for the onboarding process. Ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to pre-employment formalities.
Recruitment Administrative Tasks:
Handle various administrative tasks such as updating candidate records, maintaining recruitment databases, and preparing recruitment reports for HR and management.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, update them on recruitment progress, and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with departmental needs.
Maintain Recruitment Metrics:
Track recruitment performance, providing insights and reports on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and offer acceptance rates.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and interviewing strategies.
