About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Appointment Setter - Outbound at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', based in Davao City Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients to schedule appointments, driving sales and business growth for the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calling to schedule appointments
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent appointment setting
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or objections from potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on appointments and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to enhance your performance

What we're looking for


• Must have BPO experience, preferably with a background in sales or outbound campaigns. Proven experience in outbound sales, customer service or telemarketing


• Must have a neutral or decent accent, with clear English and good tonality.


• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence people over the phone
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a high volume of calls and leads
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • A keen interest in the call centre and customer service industry
