Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Manila Time)

Job Details: Office-based role in Buhangin

  • Night shift schedule (perfect for night owls)
  • Salary: ₱20,000 Weekly pay
  • Full-time role with growth potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
  • Introduce the client's product/service and qualify the prospect
  • Set up appointments with interested and qualified leads
  • Follow call scripts and objection-handling guidelines effectively
  • Manage and update CRM tools or spreadsheets with lead activity
  • Follow up on prospects via call, email, or SMS as needed
  • Report daily progress and challenges to the team leader or supervisor
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or BPO is a strong advantage
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite during graveyard shift
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with basic tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, and VoIP systems
  • Must be punctual, committed, and willing to grow with the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
