Job Summary:

We're seeking a professional, articulate, and motivated Appointment Setter with at least 3 years of proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
  • Qualify leads and identify the decision-makers
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with high accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or SMS
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of appointment setting or inside sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
