Hiring Process Management:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, administering assessments, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide regular updates.
