Responsibilities: End to end recruitment process Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months BPO recruitment sourcing/selection experience Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goal under tight deadlines Strong Interpersonal skills Experience with candidate tracking database, Excel, Internet and other recruitment technology Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of integrity, judgment and follow- through Strong attention to details Also you may need to bring the following: I updated resume Valid I.D. for Building Pass Our office hours is from 7AM-10PM Mondays-Fridays.
