JOB TITLE: Organizational Development Assistant Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies and communication plans.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal programs, competency frameworks, and goal-setting processes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational development initiatives, including program effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in organizational development efforts.
- Monitor the impact of change efforts and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in the design and development of organizational development programs, including leadership development, change management, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage multiple organizational development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Build relationships and collaborate with business leaders, and external partners to drive organizational development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource on organizational development matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or any related HR roles.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and development interventions.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
