  • Oversee vehicle operations and management.
  • Handle SSE acknowledgments and courier deliveries.
  • Manage overall office operations and daily activities.
  • Conduct quarterly service satisfaction surveys.
  • Track and audit office supplies and consumables.
  • Prepare regional monthly reports.
  • Provide support for office events, HR, and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Managerial experience required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle and facility management is an advantage.
