Job Description:

Oversee workplace management including but not limited to housekeeping & messenger schedule, access card management, and office tools and equipment.

Process PR/PO via HRIS and ensure timely payment and completeness of supporting documents.

Manage fixed asset tagging and office supplies inventory.

Assist in Visa processing and travel requirements.

Support in processing annual renewal of office permits.

Can create and improve People & Workplace Management company policies and ensure that these are up-to-date and adherent to approved SOPs and Building Admin policies.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Business Administration or other related courses.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in facilities or admin.
  • Good command both speaking and written English.
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Professional personality with service-minded attitude.
  • Well-organized and problem-solving skills.
