Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
Trainings: At least 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: None Required
Skills: Computer literate
Others: Can work with minimum supervision
Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
1. Provides administrative support to the BIDS and Awards Committee (BAC) and Technical Working Group (TWG), concerning to all stages of procurement in accordance with RA No, 9184 and its Revised IRR;
2. Provides assistance in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are available for BAC and TWG Meetings and monitors procurement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement timelines and regulations;
3. Responsible for the filing and safe keeping of all procurement-related documents and records, ensuring an audit trail and the preparation of internal monitoring files of documents relative to public bidding and sets alternative modes of procurement;
4. Routes and monitors BAC Resolutions to BAC Members;
5. Prepare routinary memos and letters related to the bidding activity; and
6. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
