Job Summary:
  • The role is responsible for ensuring the creditworthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants through verification of information and checking of various documents with private and government agencies.
  • The role involves evaluating collateral offered to the bank to secure a loan, dacion, foreclosure, or for the possible sale of a bank property or acquired asset. The role also ensures the accurate location of the property under appraisal and its acceptability per existing bank policy, ensuring that the values rendered are fair and reasonable through systematic data analysis. Additionally, the role ensures that appraisals are completed within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT) and that the quality of reports meets acceptable standards.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Engineering or Real Estate Management
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CI/Appraiser in a bank or appraisal firm
  • Good analytical, communication, and written skills
