Responsibilities:

  • Assists the AAD Head in the management of ROPA, SCR, etc.
  • Prepare contracts and other necessary documents.
  • Prepare various reports (monthly, quarterly, year end and other related reports).
  • Facilitate the assessment and payment of taxes, such as capital gains tax (CGT), documentary stamps tax (DST), real estate tax and other taxes.
  • Monitor the document control of BCF for LL, SCR & ROPA accounts, auction date, redemption period, etc.
  • Prepare and file Writ of possession as check by legal counsel and sign by bank signatory.
  • Preparation of Cancellation & Discharge of Real Estate Mortgage for fully paid accounts.
  • Preparation of Certificate Redemption of paid ROPA accounts.
  • In charge in tripping of prospective buyer or broker of foreclosed property for sale.
  • Monitor the notarization of legal documents (contracts and other legal documents).
  • Negotiate with prospective buyers and client.
  • Monitor Internal & External Appraisals of all ROPA & SCR
  • Monitor Fire & Comprehensive insurance of all ROPA & SCR
  • Prepare Amortization Schedule of incoming SCR accounts with coordination with LAD Supervisor.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of any business related course
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driver's License and can drive light vehicles (manual and automatic)
  • Preferably with banking/lending work experience.
