Key Responsibilities
• Lead acquisition of top 100 high-potential FoodService accounts across Metro Manila and key urban markets.
• Develop tailored proposals and product solutions to meet client needs using Henry & Sons' portfolio of coffees, teas, and beverage innovations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with executive chefs, F&B managers, purchasing heads, and owners.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and coffee tastings to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, service contracts, and volume commitments to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
• Monitor account performance and ensure excellence in execution through regular client engagement, staff training, and after-sales support.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of client requirements.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to proactively capture opportunities and overcome challenges in the FoodService segment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to Henry & Sons' strategic growth objectives.
