Overview

Deliver an authentic and frictionless experience during the first contact, maintain open and clear communication with candidates, and manage the relationship through to onboarding. Understand the nature and detail of a portfolio of roles. Identify, engage with and qualify prospects via both existing talent pools and proactive sourcing strategies to build a candidate pipeline for always on, existing and future roles.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfill executive and non-executive vacancies by sourcing applicants, screening resumes, interviewing, and assessing candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Negotiate candidate offers, research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information
  • Create screening or interview questions that is relevant to the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other competencies required to the job.
  • Build and develop job offers for executive and non-executive hires and ensure approvals are secured before offer discussion.
  • Manage diverse sourcing channels such as referrals, job portals, professional networking sites, university and LGU partnerships, or social media.
  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval
  • Use data to build and monitor candidate and new hire experience net promoter score, channel efficiency, turn-around time, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, among others.
