Overview

We are currently scaling our team and searching for an Audit Associate / Senior Audit Associate and the ideal candidates will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen - ideally very proactive with a strongsense of urgency and responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Audit Reports and similar deliverables.
  • Presentation of Audit findings to stakeholders.
  • Tasks related to Risk Management and Tax Compliance; ability to share best practices.
  • Tasks related to Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Acting as a representative for clients with applicable agencies as required.
  • Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; CPAs preferred but not required
  • Affordable Housing and Non-Profit experience
  • With exposure to working with US-based firms; flexible with working hours
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience using various Accounting and Bookkeeping tools and software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
