Basic Function: In conjunction with the Senior Manager for Operations, build up the Quality Management System (QMS) across all areas of SIDC Operations.

Documentation System

Internal Audit

Conduct audit of cooperative's systems, processes, operations, functions and activities as set in the Annual audit plans.

Build internal auditing schedule (announced and spot); do audits of different complexity and scope involving compliance, financial, IT, operational and performance every week, every month and every year so as to monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and mitigate the risk of non-compliance, errors, fraud, losses and inefficiencies

Find out non-conformities, issue Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports; monitor actions taken and ensure compliance; provide recommendations for problems, issues, concerns and risk identified during audit; conduct follow-up on previously reported recommendations.

Provide financial expertise in establishing key internal control measures across all areas of operations through consistent monitoring, review and update of systems and procedures.

Conduct financial audit to determine the reliability of the financial information and reports and ensure safeguarding of assets, investigate and validate fraud and errors.

Develop strategic proposals and initiatives based on report findings and business analyses to support and maintain the Cooperative's financial integrity.

Assist in the review of business process with the objective of assessing the effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy of the various processes and the related controls for the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities, performance and control gaps and sourcing the root causes of the risks and the gaps

Analyze performance, consolidate and report functional objective accomplishments (using balance score card/ISO standard format of FM)

Analyze, summarize and submit result of audits and performance for regular management review.

Customer Satisfaction

In collaboration with Sales and Marketing Division, promote customer centricity program; conduct 6SCS audit; receive and contact with relevant department/division to resolve customer complaints and feedback.

In collaboration with MIS and HR Department, monitor internal customer complaints and employee satisfaction

Facilitation

Provide problem-solving services to Unit Heads.
