Job Opportunity

The role of Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, reporting, and compliance. This position will play a crucial part in supporting strategic business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes efficiently.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certification in accounting (CPA or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IFRS or GAAP standards.
