Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts.
• Record routine journal entries and bank transactions accurately and timely.
• Process accounts payable bills and credit card transactions as needed.
• Execute month-end closing activities and perform account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.
• Provide support to team members and collaborate across departments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and manage projects
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, able to prioritize and work independently
• Self-motivated and directed

Conditions of Employment

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; offers contingent on results
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening; offers contingent on results
