Role Overview
PIC - Philippines, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator 2. Main responsibilities include preparing, recording, verifying and paying vendor invoices for goods and services. This role maintains, analyzes and reconciles accounts payable and accrual ledger accounts and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.

You Will

  • Process invoice and payment to vendors
  • Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information and banking details
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account statuses
  • Reconcile vendor statement of account and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Follow-up employees for any outstanding liquidation
  • C ommunicate new processes and requirements to concerned employee and departments
  • Generate reports related to accounts payable activities as needed
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
  • Handle AP related matters during month-end closing and audit
  • Prepare the AP and accrual related monthly balance sheet reconciliation schedules

Engage in other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required from time to time

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accounting course
  • With at least 1 year of Accounting work experience under a computerized accounting set up
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel;
  • Good analytical and communications skills and attention to details
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setting
