Chief Financial Analyst

**Job Description**

• As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely reports.
• You will oversee accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling accounts.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to support broader financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include recording routine journal entries and bank transactions accurately, entering accounts payable bills and credit card transactions as needed, performing month-end closings and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in financial data to maintain integrity, conducting bank reconciliations and ensuring alignment with internal records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support broader financial operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization, and have a proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-2 years of experience with accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
