Business Operations Officer

Responsible for optimizing operations, managing complex projects, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic objectives throughout the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
Act as secretariat during project planning, scoping, and execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and priorities are upheld.
Track project progress, address risks proactively, and escalate issues to the project owner and shared service leadership as needed.
Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability by facilitating communication between departments.
Support the leadership team by preparing meeting materials, analyzing key data, and aiding decision-making.
Continuously look for ways to enhance organizational processes, systems, and methods.
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic planning roles
Proven track record of managing complex projects and initiatives
