We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our condominium complex in BGC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
About the Role:- Direct and supervise staff members to ensure effective management of building operations, including administration, engineering, finance, housekeeping, security, and safety.
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance services and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, hospitality, or business administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
