Position Reports To Supervisor, Consumer Lending

Positions Reporting To This Position N/A

Key Relationships Consumer Finance

Primary Objectives To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing servicing and administrative support to Consumer Finance.

Principal Responsibilities

To provide support to the diverse section within Consumer finance with day to day functions of the department

  • Document Management
  • Incoming/Outbound communications (email; correspondence; phone)
  • Account Maintenance
  • Data Entry
  • Proofing of documentation
  • Transmittal of accounts
  • General administrative duties
  • Complete all required documentation for compliance purposes
  • Participate in the coordination of all administrative tasks
  • Contribute at team meetings in a proactive manner
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with policy and legislation
  • Meet schedules, deadlines and time lines
  • Directly assist Key people as required
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested or required from time to time
  • Employees must ensure they comply with WVRAP's OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WVRAP
  • Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety

Key Position Criteria
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Privacy Act Australia and New Zealand (Privacy). Annual Training will be provided.
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Flexibility, with a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement strategies
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
  • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm with an excellent degree of accuracy
