Administrative Support

Resourcestaff is seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to provide direct support to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, calendar, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Liaise with office staff, directors, and legal representatives on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and highlight key actions or issues.
  • Review business documents, identify risks or concerns, and draft email responses.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including file management and system/software research.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration, office management, or business operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and make sound judgments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools/software.
