Overview

Senior IT Manager (Up to ₱100K Base + Onsite Setup + FREE AI Certification) – Cebu City, Onsite, Dayshift

At GoTeam, you will lead and manage IT projects and infrastructure to ensure continuous business operations, with a focus on applying AI to improve efficiency and enable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage GoTeam's IT projects and infrastructure to ensure continuous business operations.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their teams have the necessary tools and support.
  • Prepare and lead the implementation of ISO 27001 ISMS.
  • Lead and develop the IT support team through professional development and performance appraisal.
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and escalations.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in the IT, Telecommunications, or ICT industry.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing and/or directing IT Infrastructure Operations.
  • Proven working experience as an IT manager.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware and software systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with firewall, switching/routing, network administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
  • Expertise or knowledge in telephony applications using VOIP and SIP.
  • Knowledge of common security standards (ISO, PCI, SOX, HIPAA, etc.).
