We are actively recruiting an experienced IT Service Desk Representative to provide crucial technical support to our end users. This position necessitates proficiency in both Russian and English, alongside a solid foundation in IT support principles. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least six (6) months of experience in a Technical Support or IT Service Desk environment.
- Fluency in both Russian and English (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
