Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction and design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle—planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and client communication—while ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple residential and/or commercial construction and design projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, labor, and equipment
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and budgets as needed
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and manage expectations
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to plans
  • Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in the construction or design industry
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams across multiple projects
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Understanding of design processes, construction methods, and building codes
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 1 month
