Client Success Manager (Hybrid - Healthcare Experience Required)

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of revenue cycle processes. This role serves as a critical link between clients and internal teams to optimize revenue cycle performance, including patient billing, claims processing, and collections. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all revenue cycle-related matters.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Revenue Cycle Operations
    • Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions, including patient registration, billing, coding, claims submission, and accounts receivable.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to denials, underpayments, and claim rejections.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with payer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
  3. Service Delivery and Performance Monitoring
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
    • Identify trends and recommend strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance.
    • Ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client concerns.
  4. Process Improvement and Compliance
    • Analyze revenue cycle workflows and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, payer policies, and regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
    • Provide training to staff and clients on revenue cycle processes and compliance requirements.
  5. Collaboration and Leadership
    • Work closely with operations, billing, and IT teams to address client-specific needs.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to align services with client goals.
    • Lead or contribute to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
