Job description:
-Acquisition of BPO clients and growth of client partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets for domestic and international regions through delivery of potential partnerships
-Continuously hunt for new client partnerships and ramp existing ones
-Own, build and manage partner opportunity pipeline through hunting
-Monitor client satisfaction through periodic business performance measurement, analysis of KPIs and SLAs
-Plan and deliver measurable and impactful customer acquisition activities, events and other marketing initiatives individually and with cross functional teams
-Represent GICF in new client acquisition and engagement campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: direct sales with revenue quota experience and/or channels partnerships management, business development in any field
-Fluent in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in creating and delivering presentations to management and external clients
-Reasonable level of technical proficiency
-Will work onsite at GICF office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
-Able to do offsite/field work as needed in acquiring clients
-Able to work ASAP
