Role Summary
  • Spearhead enterprise growth through strategic partnerships in the transport and mobility sector.

  • Drive large-scale fleet onboarding via consultative sales and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead complex sales cycles that support smarter, tech-enabled commuter solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement growth strategies to onboard major bus and modern PUV operators, corporates, and government bodies.

  • Build a pipeline of high-impact fleet partners and mobility stakeholders.

  • Develop business cases grounded in transport data, industry trends, and commuter needs.

  • Pitch to senior executives and decision-makers with ROI-focused proposals.

  • Negotiate enterprise-level contracts and oversee seamless onboarding.

  • Collaborate across product, operations, legal, and finance to deploy mobility solutions.

  • Monitor transport regulations, mobility tech trends, and competitor moves to stay ahead.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • 2+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships—preferably in mobility, logistics, fintech, or B2B SaaS.

  • Skilled in consultative selling with senior client engagement.

  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and negotiating complex agreements.

  • Strong communicator with fluency in crafting transport-focused business cases.

  • Willing to travel and engage with fleet partners and clients on site.
