We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to join Pointwest Innovations Corporation. In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard healthcare professionals—including nurses, coders, and billers—for US-based healthcare facilities. You will collaborate closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful placements while delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Delighting Our Customers & Stakeholders
- Source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.
- Expand candidate pipelines and networks.
- Provide market insights to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Stay updated on healthcare recruitment trends.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing.
- Support peers and contribute to team success.
- Client and candidate satisfaction scores.
- Successful placements and achievement of hiring targets.
- Accuracy and timeliness of recruitment data.
- Completion of training and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work night shift/US time zones.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
