Responsible for accurate posting of collections and AR transactions, and preparing client reports.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurate posting of collections and AR transactions.
  • Responding to client queries from Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Preparing required reports for clients.
  • Performing clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Receiving and encoding documents in the database.
  • Generating AR Aging Reports from SAP.
  • Preparing and posting Request for Credit Memos (RFCM).
  • Reviewing and validating Certificates of Withholding Tax.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly Aging Reports.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in B.S. Accountancy or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Good communication skills.
