What is your mission?

We are looking for a Revenue Accounting Analyst to support hotel revenue strategies by compiling data, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple properties. This role will manage reports from PMS and SynXis, track rate performance, monitor distribution channels, and provide insights that optimize pricing, occupancy, and profitability. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about hospitality revenue management.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Compile reports from PMS and SynXis, including strategy boards, pace, OTB, channel, and rate code reports
  • Populate property scorecards with key performance metrics
  • Track and analyze competitor promotions, pricing, and room type premiums
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue management reports for multiple properties
  • Monitor hotel distribution channels for accuracy, positioning, and competitiveness
  • Perform regular rate shops across all channels to ensure parity and compliance
  • Audit and maintain booking engines and OTAs for correct content and information
  • Report on wholesaler and receptive operator production
  • Perform other revenue-related tasks as assigned
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in revenue accounting within the hospitality sector
  • Experience with PMS and SynXis; ability to adapt to different systems
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
