Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and meticulous
Financial Analyst
to oversee all financial aspects of our projects. He/she will be responsible for the preparation of the financial statement and year-end audit, ensuring strict compliance with Philippine tax regulations, maintaining robust general accounting and financial controls, and managing the project's comprehensive insurance program. This role is critical for ensuring the financial integrity and success of our projects by accurately monitoring expenditures, preparing detailed financial reports, and managing all related financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Preferably CPA or CMA
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in general accounting, preferably with work experience in project construction
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards, Philippine Taxation, and Regulations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, with background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with ERP or project accounting software, corporate finance, and banking
  • Willing to travel to the project site
