Role:

The Reports Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing and interpreting the collected data, finds patterns and trends in the analysed data, establishes new techniques in gathering and analysing data, formulates procedural manuals for departments and submits reports to the relevant department heads and Management.

The Reports Analyst assists the management and other departments draw business goals and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Teams in collecting crucial data produced via tools and systems.
  • Monitors, analyse and creates report on inbound calls behaviour and recommends suitable time to schedule sending SMS/Email blast, dialer, and manual calls as well as forecast staffing for daily/weekly.
  • Submits top of the line report, creates and updates of ad hoc report (performance of each account) as requested by the Management.
  • Explores and develops methods to improve staffs and operations performance.
  • Maintains weekly/monthly reports of Management related to performance/workforce.
  • Communicates to Managers to ensure that all tasks required are delivered.
  • Helps out in other data-related tasks from Management.
  • Compiles statistical information for special reports.
  • May be assigned to perform other related duties from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, IT or related course.
  • With 3 years experience as Data or Reports Analyst role.
  • BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Must possess organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in using reporting tools, software, data visualization and presentation techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge in using Power BI, SQL, VBA, Macros & MS Excel.
  • Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
