General Accounting Analyst

  1. Handles recording and monthly amortization of prepayments

  2. Prepares and reviews monthly accruals for unpaid expenses & services.

  3. Manages and reconciles intercompany transactions and balances.

  4. Assists in month-end closing and ensures accurate financial reporting.

  5. Coordinates with operations and other departments to validate accounting entries.

Technical Competencies:

  1. General Ledger Accounting – Strong understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations.

  2. Financial Close Processes – Knowledgeable in month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial reporting schedules.

  3. Excel Proficiency – Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for reconciliation and reporting.

  4. Attention to Detail – Accuracy in data entry, account coding, and transaction review

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years experience in General Accounting

  2. Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or related courses

  3. Must be willing to work onsite everyday (Pioneer, Mandaluyong)
