Regional Expansion Manager
Leads and executes the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors by utilizing various sourcing strategies to establish and manage the sales groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group.
- Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment
- Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities/closing sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course)
- At least 3-5 years sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to build a pipeline of exemplary talents and expand his/her network
- Dynamic, Collaborative, and Highly motivated individual
