JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  • To procure all necessary request needed for production or daily operation of the company
  • Identification of qualified suppliers to canvass accessories, material with best quality and short-listing of the best and lowest proposal
  • Vendor sourcing to different suppliers
  • Prepares payment request for suppliers
  • Documents all purchased, released and issued items
  • Monitor inventory
  • Follow-up and coordinate with supplier regarding delivery of all ordered items
  • Coordinate with other department's request
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 4 times a week in Meycauayan, Bulacan and once a week in head office (Makati City).
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Comprehend and Communicate basic information, instructions, intermediate skills in mathematics.
  • Excellent in MS Windows
  • With negotiation skills
  • Highest Level of Integrity and Honesty
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
