Looking for a dynamic and skilled Procurement Specialist? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the United States.

Job Description
  • Support the management of vendor contracts, from initial request review to coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage procurement data and update leadership SharePoint Excel files, ensuring timely renewals and contract terminations.
  • Coordinate internal and external calendar scheduling, facilitating the vendor contract execution process.
  • Review and select suppliers based on quality, price, terms, and delivery for requisitions submitted.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders, change requests, contracts, and associated documents. You will also assist with new supplier setup into finance systems and run reports from Coupa PTP system to support month-end activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting related field preferred.
  • Experience in procurement, with focus on indirect spend in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • General understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
