
Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will act as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role is critical to streamlining the CEO's daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, setting up conference rooms, and coordinating catering.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external partners.
- Assist with special projects and personal tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Google Workspace other office productivity tool.
- Bachelor's degree
