Role Overview

The Executive Assistant – External serves as the CEO's trusted representative, brand steward, and strategic partner, managing all external-facing communications, events, and digital presence. This high-impact role elevates the CEO's visibility and Genteel Home's prestige by curating public relations initiatives, strengthening partnerships, leading high-profile events, and amplifying the CEO's voice across media platforms.

The ideal candidate is a polished professional with a refined presence, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in luxury brand representation, capable of seamlessly navigating executive environments and cultivating meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Representation: Serve as the CEO's proxy at high-level meetings, industry events, and public engagements, ensuring brand alignment and professionalism.
  • External Communications: Draft and manage all outward-facing correspondence, press releases, and executive messaging to reflect the CEO's vision and Genteel Home's luxury positioning.
  • Calendar & Event Management: Coordinate and oversee the CEO's external commitments, from international exhibitions to private partnerships and brand activations.
  • Luxury Event Production: Curate, organize, and flawlessly execute pop-ups, launches, exhibits, and VIP experiences that reinforce Genteel Home's design leadership.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with partners, media, sponsors, and elite clientele.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor project deliverables, prepare executive reports, and evaluate outcomes to support incentive and performance reviews.
  • Strategic Planning: Propose visionary event concepts, collaborations, and initiatives that elevate Genteel Home's market presence.
  • Leadership Support: Record and manage actionable outcomes from ManComm and LeadComm meetings, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Curate compelling content to strengthen the CEO's personal and professional brand.
  • Strategically manage CEO-centric digital campaigns, track analytics, and optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain a cohesive brand presence across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in executive support, luxury brand communications, or PR roles
  • Demonstrated success in high-profile event planning, client engagement, and executive brand positioning
  • Proven ability to manage social media strategy, growth campaigns, and personal branding for senior executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English required, Filipino preferred)
  • Skilled in productivity tools, scheduling platforms, project management systems, and social media analytics tools
  • Refined personal presentation, impeccable grooming, and the ability to represent a luxury brand in all environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
