Job Description
  • Transport Engineering and Solutions Expert.
  • Aligned with the territory's vision and mission to support business demand.
  • Enhance Transport IP technical skills.
General Criteria
  • Knowledge in IP protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF), DWDM, Microwave Technologies, and OSP, at an average to advanced level.
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management.
  • Awareness of the latest technology trends, especially in IP (Network Slicing & Segment Routing), with a basic background in AI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Core and Globe values: customer-centricity, caring like an owner, acting with integrity, simplicity, and agility.
Responsibilities
  • Implement mitigation measures to ensure timely delivery of territory requirements.
  • Make strategic decisions with minimal revenue impact but significant influence on project deliverables and business commitments for Mobile, Broadband, and B2B.
  • Create and approve Engineering Work Plans (EWPs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), ensuring completeness and clarity for execution by B&D.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on commitments and targets.
  • Provide updates and regular reports on project status to the territory tribe and chapter.
  • Identify critical project milestones and dependencies affecting timelines.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the asset lifecycle of IP Transport infrastructure.
