We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Food Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and greet every guest with a smile
  • Suggestively sell drink, appetizer, and dessert options
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter orders into the point-of-sale system
  • Assemble prepared food and drink orders in appropriate packaging to ensure orders are complete and safe for guests to transport
  • Walk orders to guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup and manage transactions
  • Thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety standards

Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
