Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ground handling operations to ensure compliance with airline standards, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Manage station performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, investigations, and enforce safety management systems to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and supervise cargo facilities, infrastructure, and equipment for safety, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve station and personnel performance through audits, feedback, and corrective actions.
  • Lead communication, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership to ensure seamless, compliant cargo operations

Qualifications:
  • Must be a College graduate preferably with a course of BSC and BS IE with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in cargo or related fields.
  • Proven training in cargo handling, dangerous goods, airport ramp safety, and aviation security.
  • Strong knowledge of safety management systems, emergency response procedures, and operational standards.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
